From First Contact to Lasting Results
Visit our services page and select the package that best suits your dog's needs: Fundamental, Deluxe, Elite, or a 1-2-1 session.
Complete the online booking form with your details and your dog's information. Our team will review your enquiry and be in touch to confirm availability.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your start date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your dog's arrival.
Once your deposit is received, you'll be sent a confirmation email containing your start date, programme details, what to bring, and your Client Portal login invitation.
Using the link in your confirmation email, create your account and log in to your personal Client Portal at any time during your dog's programme.
Your dog is fully immersed in their programme from day one, structured, consistent, and expertly delivered by our specialist trainers.
When your dog's programme is complete, we conduct a full handover session where your trainer walks you through everything: commands, cues, and how to maintain the results at home.
After your dog returns home, we offer a follow-up session to ensure everything is holding and to answer any questions as you settle back into your routine together.

Your trainer posts regular video and photo updates so you can see exactly how your dog is progressing, from their very first session through to the final days.
